Reiki (Castlebar)

A focused, calming session to help you relax, release stress, and restore balance. Includes Reiki and intuitive energy healing with light touch or hands above the body, either lying down or seated. During the session, attention is brought to the body’s energy centres to support energetic balance and overall well-being. The session begins with a brief check-in to help you settle into the space. We finish with a short check-out to reflect on your experience, plus simple aftercare tips to support your well-being post-session.
Sessions take place in Castlebar.

Distance Reiki

A calming 60-minute distance Reiki session designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being from the comfort of your own home. Through gentle Reiki energy healing, the session offers space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and restorative way.

Reiki works with the understanding that energy is not limited by physical location and can be shared intentionally across distance in a gentle and supportive way.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are delivered via Zoom or phone. Each session begins with a short grounding meditation before moving into the Reiki healing. We finish with time for reflection and simple aftercare guidance to help you integrate the experience and support your well-being afterward.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and offer space to slow down, reconnect, and restore both body and mind. We finish with time for reflection, gentle aftercare guidance, and a cup of tea to help you ease back into your day feeling supported and balanced.
Sessions take place in Castlebar.
